I led the web design and Webflow development for a nonprofit art learning center, collaborating with Milli, who worked on branding and  brand strategy. To ensure the site effectively communicated the learning environment and range of offerings, I worked through several rounds of wireframing with the client, allowing us to refine how services and courses would be presented.

A central goal was to craft a compelling brand story and provide a welcoming glimpse into the potential learning space, encouraging people in the Seattle area to enroll in new and exciting art classes. I developed a structured approach to course descriptions, making them both informative and inviting.

Special attention went into the home page. My focus was on clearly conveying the brand story and motivating users to sign up for in-person classes, no easy task in an era where device use is up and in-person engagement is down. To address the challenge of describing a space that was still being developed, I emphasized an inviting atmosphere for beginners and structured the page to minimize drop-off: featuring target audience imagery, key messaging, course details, and calendars with strong calls to action to drive CRM signups.

Once the site structure was in place, I added playful GSAP animations like scroll-sliding shapes. These interactions were designed to enhance the brand message and user experience, rather than adding unnecessary effects that could slow the site down.
